How do I register for an online account?

• Click on 'Register' in the top right-hand corner of the page
• Fill in the form to setup the login account. If you have an account number, please make sure to enter it in the ‘Customer ID’ field.
• Click the box next to "I'm not a robot"
• Click 'Register'

To Login

• Click 'Login' in the top right-hand corner
• Enter 'Login' (Email Address) and 'Password' you created
• Click on the 'Sign in' button
• If you cannot remember your password, click on ‘Can’t remember my password’

How do I track my orders?

To track your orders online:

• Log into your online account.
• Click on the 'Account Center' link on the upper right-hand section of the screen.
• In the 'Overview' section, click ‘open orders’ or ‘invoiced orders’ to find the order you are looking for.
• This screen will show the status of the order in our system, along with shipping details.

How do I view my Invoices or Statements online?

• Log into your online account.
• Click on the "Account Center" link on the upper right hand section of the screen.
• In the "Overview" section, a list of your account's invoices will be shown.

How do I edit my billing information?

To edit billing information, click on account settings in the upper right-hand corner. Scroll down to Payment Methods and add/change your information accordingly. If you need further assistance, please call 800-923-6255.

How do I apply for a credit account?

If you would like to apply for an open account, please print out and complete the credit application. Return the completed form to one of the following:

Our credit department will then evaluate your account for open terms.

Does DGI ship internationally?

We currently only ship in North America, which includes the United States, Canada and Mexico.

How can I check on the status of my order?

Customer Order Pad's

• Click on 'Login' link (top right-hand corner)
• Enter 'Login' and 'Password'
• Click on the 'Log in' button
• Click on 'Account Center' (left hand side)
• Once on the 'Account Center' web page, click on 'Order Pads'
• On the 'Order Pads' tab, click on 'View' next to the order pad
• Search for whichever item you want to purchase or scroll down to browse through all of the items, and add items to the cart.

Web Order Approvals

For Field Employees:

• Go to www.dgisupply.ca
• Click on 'Login' link (top right-hand corner)
• Enter 'Login' and 'Password'
• Click on the 'Login' button
• Add items to shopping cart
• Click on 'CHECKOUT'
• Complete 'SHIPPING & BILLING' section
• Click on 'CHECKOUT'
• Review order, edit if needed, then click on 'SUBMIT'
• Receive confirmation message that order has been submitted for approval
• Receive email confirmation that order has been submitted for approval
• Check the status in 'Account Center'

For Buyers:

• Receive email notification that an order is pending for approval
• Go to www.dgisupply.ca
• Click on 'Login' link (top right-hand corner)
• Enter 'Login' and 'Password'
• Click on the 'Login' button
• Click on 'Account Center' (left hand side)
• Locate pending order in the 'Orders Pending Approval' section and click on the Order ID#
• Review the order
• Click on either the 'Reject Order' or 'Approve Order' button
• Receive confirmation that the order has been updated

If approved, order is sent to DGI for processing. Email confirmation is sent to the field employee. If rejected, email confirmation is sent to the field employee

Download Account Statement

• Go to www.dgisupply.ca
• Click on 'Login' in the top right-hand corner
• Enter 'Login' and 'Password'
• Click on the 'Login' button
• Click on 'Account Center' (left hand side)

There are 2 different ways to access the 'Download Account Statement' link:

• Method 1:
  • Once on the ‘Account Center’ web page, click on ‘Dashboard’
  • Once on the ‘Dashboard’ tab, in the ‘Accounts Receivable’ box, click on ‘View All Open A/R’
  • Click on the ‘Download Account Statement’ link in the upper-right hand corner
  • Choose whether to open or save the ‘account_statement.xlsx’ file
• Method 2:
  • Once on the ‘Account Center’ web page, scroll down to the box labeled ‘Invoiced Orders’ and click on ‘View All Invoices’
  • Click on the ‘Download Account Statement’ link in the upper-right hand corner
  • Choose whether to open or save the ‘account_statement.xlsx’ file
